CTC is staffed by experienced aviation professionals. We pride ourselves on the depth and breadth of our management and training experience and we employ some of the most experienced Training Captains in commercial aviation.
It is the people that truly make a company. In our opinion our team is the finest.
Fundamental to our continued success is the fact that our team remain in touch with current practices – many of our Board and Training Captains continue to fly the line with our client airlines. We genuinely practice what we preach. One of CTC’s key qualities is that the vast majority of our people across the Group are employed by CTC rather than freelance as can be the case with many other training providers. Additionally, we have a team of specialist consultants who supplement our employees as required.
Our Executives are well regarded in our industry – we are fortunate to have a balance of the original Board members combined with new talent at the helm. Without exception, each member of this team has been instrumental in the growth of CTC to the company it is today.
Our team are always within easy reach - whatever your question or requirement. All can be contacted easily through our contact us page.
