All courses take place at our purpose built facilities at Hamilton International Airport on New Zealand's North Island.

Behind every great pilot is a great instructor - CTC understands that  the fundamentals of flight training are imperative for ensuring that a proper foundation is in place for advanced training to flourish.  Our instructor courses emphasize the importance of accurate flying techniques balanced with over 120 hours of ground tuition covering instructional technique theory and safety awareness.

Instructor Rating  - NZ C Cat and JAA Flight Instructor (FI) - CTC's Instructor Rating course is quality focused.  This course looks to develop the desire for a holistic approach to pilot training where safety awareness, critical thinking, sound judgement and Threat and Error Management (TEM) are fully integrated into the training objectives.
