ME Instrument Rating - CTC's Instrument
Rating course is one of the best in New Zealand.
This is evident in the fact that - to date - all cadets
who have been trained under the CTC Wings - CPP
(Commercial Pilot Programme) have passed their MEIR on
the first attempt. Our course is founded on
extensive experience gained from training over 300
